In accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened, and sealed condition.

Important Note: Due to the nature of Trading Card Games (TCG) products (e.g., Pokémon booster boxes, packs), we cannot accept returns for items that have been unsealed or opened.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at Contact@Cavune.com with your order number. We will provide you with the necessary return authorization and instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shipping costs incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable.
4. Refunds Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify it is in its original condition, we will process your refund.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing Contact@Cavune.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
